Delivery

To place an order, simply add your chosen items to the cart and checkout via Paypal.
There is no requirement for you to have a paypal account to use this method. If you require an
alternative method of payment please do contact us.

Each and every piece is handmade to order just for you. Hair accessories will be
despatched within 4-6 weeks, Jewellery & Garters 2-3 weeks. 

If you need your order sooner, we offer an express timescale option on selected pieces for a small fee. 

We will contact you after placing your order to give you an estimated delivery date.

uk delivery 

​We offer Free UK delivery on all orders.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail first class, please allow 1-2 working days from completion of order.

International Delivery

Republic of Ireland & Europe: £11.50  Please allow 5-7 working days from completion of order.

USA: £15  Please allow 7-10 working days from completion of order.

Canada: £15  Please allow 7-10 working days from completion of order.

Australia & New Zealand: £16  Please allow 7-10 working days from completion of order.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail international tracked and signed.

Customers are responsible for paying any import duties or taxes.

RETURNS

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase however, should you want to
return your item, please do so within 14 days from receiving your order, no returns are
accepted after this period. Please note bespoke orders are non returnable.

International orders have 28 days to return their orders to us.

Please notify us of any return by email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We advise you to use a signed for postal service, we will refund the total cost of your
order excluding any postage costs.

All items returned to us must be in the original packaging and in the same condition
as it left us. This means the item is unworn, has no scratches or marks and has not
come into contact with any perfumes, hairsprays or chemicals.

We reserve the right to reject any returned order if we suspect that a customer is
taking advantage of our returns policy.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of any earrings, due to Health & Hygiene
regulations.

All of our items are checked by our quality control to minimise faulty items however,
should this happen we will replace faulty items with an identical replacement, rather
than a refund, when returned within 7 days.
